This keeps the clock from running and conserves battery power during shipping. This tiny plastic fork is located between the time-setting crown screw and the side of the clock. Please remove the plastic fork with tweezers or a small tool before starting your clock. The time-setting crown is located behind the rubber washer at the position of 3 o’clock
