Group training session are hosted twice per week on Mondays and Wednesdays for 30 minutes each session at a very low investment of $50 USD per week.   Focus Our training focuses on: Cardio to aide in weight loss and improve lung capacity etc.  Strength training to help individuals stay focus while developing strength. The right technique to prevent injuries and achieve the best results for a healthier you. Building endurance and confidence in reaching the desired health and fitness goals. Available Plans We offer the following flexible plans to fit your busy schedule  Commit to 4 sessions paid monthly $100  Commit to 2 sessions paid weekly $50 Commit to Individual sessions ( flexible) $35   Safety Guideline To ensure the safety of our client we encourage you to discuss any concerns with your healthcare provider if you have any form of health restrictions.
