The steel is 240 layers of layered and cut  Damascus comprised 1095 high carbon and 15N20 Nickel steel. Hand forged and hand crafted from the hammer to handle, this is a one of a kind high end artisan chef knife.  Each knife is hand numbered and comes with a certificate of authenticity, hand signed and guaranteed for the life of the knife maker.
