This pattern was inspired by original period pattern illustrations for a versitile blouse with a variety of uses. This pattern has been based on our very own Wearing History blocks, drafted from a modern professional dress form and altered to period styling. The goal with this pattern is to provide a good middle ground between period pattern and modern sensibility- to fit the modern form yet still retain the aspects of a vintage fit and retain period styling. This pattern is a BLANK CANVAS to decorate as you wish!  No trim layouts are given, but the basic period correct shape of a blouse is included.  We have an E-pattern of lace insertion technique and inspiration pack (available in our shop) to help inspire you!
