E-Pattern download is available in a separate listing in my store.This subtly western-inspired skirt and blouse duo from the first part of the 1940s is perfect as a wardrobe basic.The skirt is pleated and has tabbed belt loop accents.  The blouse has a yoke, patch pockets with flaps, and can be made with long or short sleeves.
