Tasting Notes: As it opens up it shows notes of red fruit and herbs. Cherries, eucalyptus, rosemary and earthy sous bois notes come to mind. On the palate a multilayered experience of red fruit and spice intertwined with earthy notes create a unique experience that evokes cherry, chocolate cranberry, and quince paste flavors along with subtle notes of blood orange, red apple and spices. A minty cherry-like and roasted almonds long finish that lingers in the mouth completes the experience, inviting you to take a second sip.
