Expobar Brewtus IV-R with Rotary Pump
Owning the Expobar Brewtus IV-R The Expobar Brewtus IV-R is a dual-boiler machine that’s quick to heat up to brew temp and stay stable shot after shot, just the way we like it. Its near-silent rotary pump is designed exclusively for direct-plumb use, making reservoirs obsolete. According to our tests, it’s ready to brew after a short fifteen minutes, or, with the optional steam boiler shut off switch engaged, a mere ten. The PID dampens temperature fluctuations in the brew boiler to the greatest possible degree, while Expobar’s redesigned E61 group syphons hot water through the brew circuit to further ensure temperature stability, while also introducing a pre-infusion chamber, which ensures the grounds are soaked at a low pressure prior to brewing to enable a fuller extraction. Unlike the vibration pump Brewtus models, the rotary pump version eschews the reservoir altogether, opting instead for exclusively plumbed operation. We recommend installing a BWT water filtration system inline
