JURA E6 Overview The JURA E6 is a super-automatic espresso machine capable of brewing espresso and long coffees, and steaming milk for cappuccinos. Stand alone milk foam and hot water options can be programmed to produce a desired amount of water or frothed milk for making cocoas or tea lattes. JURA’s Aroma G3 grinder is a nice addition to the E6, making for quiet, consistent grinding with higher efficiency. Features and Performance For a more full-bodied espresso and decidedly thicker crema, the E6 pre-infuses coffee using JURA’s Intelligent Pre-Brew Aroma System, followed up by the Pulse Extraction Process, which pulses water through the grounds in short intervals to get the most out of the extraction. For milk drinks, the E6 Platinum is a little more hands on than other JURA machines, so you’ll need to reposition your cup for milk froth. On-screen instructions indicate when to open and close the steam valve using the dial on the right of the machine. The result is a frothy cappucc
