Rebuilt Machine Overview Our rebuilt machines were entirely dismantled, cleaned and extensively rebuilt. The whole boiler assembly and all of the copper tubing was removed and thoroughly descaled. We then rebuilt the boiler, brew group, pump assembly and valves, cleaning, replacing and lubricating parts as necessary. Our entire process is described in detail below. Total Tear Down and Rebuild Process: Boiler & Piping Assembly: first we installed all NEW parts including a heating element, pressurestat, safety valve, vacuum relief valve, high limit switch, and boiler insulation. Brew group: we then did a complete tear down, cleaning and lubrication of the brew group and installed all NEW brewing, infusion and discharge valves along with their seals, the upper and lower infusion valve springs, the shower screen, and group gasket.
