White & Blue sage smudge

Blue Sage also known as "Grandmother Sage” and is a purifying herb with known medicinal and magical applications. A close relative of White Sage, Blue Sage is also good for healing and cleansing rituals. Its soothing, relaxing smell can be used to aid meditation.Burning sage is a great thing to do when moving to a new place, after illness , argument or being around many people.Each stick is approximately 4  inches long. All of our sages are hand tied with a cotton string.
