The closer to 100% the better the image will show (BRIGHT COLORS) and the closer the 50% will be a more vintage look.Application Instruction:Heat press to 400 degrees Timer for 60 secondsParchment paper needs to go between the t shirt and on top to prevent bleeding threw the t shirt as its inked in the t shirt.Press for 60 seconds at 400 degrees medium pressure hot peel and allow item to cool
