🌺Shrub Rose & Fluffy Peony Paper Flower Tutorial 🌺 SVG and PDF Files Includes small biz permission to sell finished flowers This is a value-packed paper flower pattern combo set! I use the same petals to make beautiful Shrub Roses and Fluffy Peonies. The Shrub Rose has a center strip and rose sepals (the green part). The Fluffy Peony has an extra top layer to fill in the fluff, and peony sepals (the green part). These are beautiful, easy to make flowers that look full and realistic. Each flower has a separate SVG file for 2", 4", 6", 8", and 10". This was designed to be used as an SVG file with cutting machines such as Cricut & Silhouette that upload SVG files. ✂ The petals can be cut by hand, so I have included PDF's for 2"-8". The center strip is not intended to be cut by hand as it is too detailed.
