Undergoing a very interesting winemaking process, this blends Greco and Gaglioppo together making something adjacent to a skin contact wine. The Greco bianco is macerated a few hours on its skins (like a red wine) while the red Gaglioppo is pressed like a white wine. Everything happens spontaneously in tanks with eight months aging on its lees.
