Grown in the coolest vineyards of Bastianich in Friuli, this Chardonnay is superbly balanced between fruit, structure, acid and richness. On the nose ripe apple and hints of white flower are evident, while the palate adds a spark of fresh citric acidity balanced by lush mouthfeel. Perfect as a lovely aperitivo, and with raw and lightly cooked shellfish, delicate risotto and pastas with vegetables.
