"DESSUS" VALLEE D'AOSTE DOC 2020 (Case only)

Ruby red in color, tending towards garnet with refinement in the bottle, which releases an intense and vinous aroma with evident notes of red fruits and jam supported by the spices of aging. In the mouth, this wine is dry, lively, ample and with a long finish and persistence. Red meats, grills, local cold cuts, medium-aged cheeses. Depending on the year, wood aging involves the use of different woods with different seasonings and concerns 60/70% of the batch. The remaining 30/40% are refined in steel.
