Pale straw. Nose of pear, peach and raspberry. Crisp and fruity, dry, less minerality and saline than the Santorini DOCs. Clare Valley, but wasn’t so determined. Pale lemon, citrus & mineral nose. High acidity, white flower as mentioned above, chalky minerality. I perceived slight oak-like flavor but it might come from lees.
