Muscadet is basically a synonym for mussels in cream sauce and french-fries. It cuts razor-sharply through all that grease and come on top with all the salty minerality. Some apple, lemon peel, lime, but mostly sea salt and crushed shells. Fresh & acidic, light, zesty, mineral. Taste is weak, color pale, taste rich and slightly bubble on the tongue. Acidic, fruity, leaves mouth very dry. Some peach and green apples.
