Schiavenza Nebbiolo Langhe 2021

 The Langhe DOC Nebbiolo from Castello di Neive has a garnet red color typical of Nebbiolo, tending towards orange with ageing. The nose is inviting and complex, with a bouquet that expresses notes of ripe red fruit, such as cherries and raspberries, alongside floral nuances of rose and violet, enriched by touches of spices, leather, and a light hint of tar and anise, typical of this vine. In the mouth, the wine shows a remarkable structure, with well-present but elegant tannins, balanced by good acidity which guarantees freshness and longevity. The flavors are consistent with the olfactory profile, evolving towards a long and persistent finish that leaves room for nuances of tobacco and minerality.
