On the palate there is intense flavor , with fresh, limey fruit, mouthwatering acidity, and remarkable purity. It is bone dry and unoaked to maintain freshness. Intensely scented of freshly chopped herbs, lemon juice, green apples and elderflower with a grassy undercurrent, the 2015 Sauvignon Blanc fills the palate with herb and citrus laced flavors and tons of freshness, finishing with great length.
