Tutti i Frutti is produced from selected and thinned grapes from the best vineyards of the company. The grapes are crushed-destemmed and the must placed in thermo-controlled tanks.After the various stages of vinification, the wine is left to mature for a few months in steel tanks (lysis on noble lees). It is then left to age for at least 12 months in Slavonian oak barrels.After bottling, the wine is left to refine a few months before being introduced on the market.
