Chardonnay grapes are harvested from LIVE certified, sustainably-grown, dry-farmed vines, then hand-sorted, whole cluster-pressed, and fermented in small lots with native yeasts. The wine spends less than a year aging – with approximately 15% in neutral oak, 5% in new oak, and the rest in stainless steel.
