This exceptional medium-dry wine flows with flavors of caramel, orange zest, and spice. The wine is made with Pedro Ximénez grapes sourced from 20-30-year-old vines. It combines the biological aging of a Fino aged under flor with the oxidative notes of an Oloroso. The wine is slightly sweetened and develops in a solera system for more than seven years before bottling.
