2019 Tasca Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon

Tasca Reserve Cabernet is 100% Carbernet Sauvignon from Argentina's Cuyo region, in the heart of Mendoza wine country. The warm dry climate of the Mendoza is irrigated through the melt water of the Andes Mountains. This nutrient rich melt water combined with the dry warm summers creates this deep red variety with berry, black fruit and pepper aromas. These grapes are fermented in a temperature controlled basin using 90% of grapes from the Maipu and Lujan de Cuyo and 10% from the Uco Valley resulting in a Cabernet with great structure and ripe tannins.
