The med+ nose was higher toned with red fruits on the nose, raspberry, cherry, wild strawberry, with spices galore that included the whole Provencal garden (thyme, rosemary, sage, lavender), with sandalwood and cinnamon spices adding further complexity. Med body, med/med+ tannins and acidity, med+ palate intensity. A long red fruited finish, garden herbs and spices, the tannins resonate more on the finish than the other wines.Winery: From the high-density planting we have loved since 2014, and farmed ourselves since 2021!
