Deep and expressive, this Rosé is so impressive. The La Confiance is a terrific example of the Moussé house style. Cinnamon, crushed rocks and dried herbs all grace the long, persistent finish. Dosage is 2 grams per liter. Disgorged: February, 2023Our Tasting Note: Probably our favorite wine of the tasting, this drank like a red burgundy with bubbles. Deeper rose color from the saignee process, light ruby. The nose was full of sappy red berry and cherry fruits, spices from the stem inclusion and some wild floral notes. Medium bodied, textural with a light touch of very fine tannin. Crazy long finish, a very cerebral wine.FEATURESFrom the vineyard of
