This wine comes from grapes harvested on some parcels of the Drouhin Family properties, including a large amount of declassified fruit from Clos des Mouches. This shows well out of the gate and if more fruit is what you are looking for with the earth and spice shades of Burgundy, this is perfect. Harvest: grapes harvested by hands in open-work crates. If necessary, a careful sorting is proceeded. Vinification: total destemming.
