Tolaini is so well-known for their "super-Tuscan" blends that it's easy to forget that this is, at heart, a top Chianti Classico address. This is excellent Chianti from the small Vallenuova vineyard at the heart of the estate. About 10 months in French oak give the 100% Sangiovese roundness and spice to balance the firm tannins and juicy acids.
