Following the shape of the crescent, they begin very small at the top of the pendant, where the crescent is very narrow, then wax – or progressively get larger – until they reach the center, where the moon is full, a complete circle. Below the full moon they wane, getting progressively smaller again the closer they get to the narrow bottom tip of the crescent. Sterling silver with a polished finish.
