Find Peace in a Cup of Tea By paying attention to our senses we can guide ourselves into the present moment. This present moment awareness, also called "mindfulness", has been shown to reduce stress, reactivity, anxiety, and sadness while simultaneously boosting memory, focus, and life satisfaction. And, it can be as simple as drinking a cup of tea! Together with Nicole, we will use our sight, smell, sound, taste and touch along with breath awareness and intention to mindfully share a special blend of tea. Each month will have a new tea blend (or mix-your own!) paired with a unique mindfulness technique which Nicole will guide and teach you to practice at home. You will also take home a sample of this loose leaf tea blend. All are welcome! B.Y.O.M. (Bring Your Own Mug!) Nicole believes that mindfulness can be life-changing, both on an individual and collective level. She is a 500hr registered yoga teacher whose passion is sharing space, breath, and knowledge with others to ignite
