Designed by Michele De Lucchi, 2003Made in Italy by Artemide Castore suspension lamps series are sophisticated and playful lights that add character to any modern space. The body of the lamp is shaped like a globe and features white hand-blown glass, with an acid-etched external finish. The head hangs from a steel stem that is encased by a tapered sleeve with white translucent polycarbonate, making the head and stem appear as one unit and releasing ambient light from the diffuser to the stem. This cable-suspended light is dimmable.
