So often we find ourselves in a frenzy, trapped by expectations, doing all the things, while the ever-present opportunity to quietly sit with ourselves, to evolve, remains an oversight. Finding a point of stillness presents a different kind of consciousness, a more whole way of thinking and being and feeling and acting. It is not about retreating from or escaping the world; on the contrary, it is about carving out time to seek interconnectedness so that we might navigate the busyness (and be present with those who are likewise caught in the whirlwind) from a more peaceful place. It is about deciding what matters most, about what
