1989 4-Coin Proof Gold American Eagle Set in Box with COA (1.85 AGW)

This set contains all four of the 1989 Gold American Eagle coins in Proof condition. The $50 1 oz coin bears the "W" mintmark and the 3 fractionals bear the "P" mintmark. 1.85 oz actual Gold weight. This set comes complete with the box and certificate of authenticity. The American Eagle Gold Coin's obverse displays Augustus Saint-Gaudens' Lady Liberty holding a torch in her right hand and an olive branch in her left. The reverse design, by sculptor Miley Busiek, features an eagle carrying an olive branch flying above a nest containing an eagle and hatchlings.
