7-Day Ayurvedic Reset and Revitalize Program

This 7-day program offers a condensed yet immersive experience for those with limited time. Participants will still enjoy Ayurvedic treatments, daily yoga classes, and workshops on Ayurvedic lifestyle and self-care. This program aims to reset and revitalize the mind and body, providing a taste of the full Panchakarma experience. This offer includes room, all treatments (as mentioned below), yoga classes and all meals.  Throughout the 7-day Panchakarma program, participants will be engaged in daily yoga classes, dosha-specific cooking classes, and educational sessions on Ayurvedic lifestyle, self-care, and home remedies. The extended program allows for a deeper detoxification and rejuvenation experience, with additional time to develop a solid foundation in Ayurvedic principles and practices that can be incorporated into daily life.
