Meltability Test: 155 Degree F Product Testing (very high temperature exposure) for 4 hours

With this Meltability Test, YouBar will take two products (ie; 2 bars, 2 cookies) from one formula of a client recipe and place them at a fixed 155 F degrees for 4 hours. After this period, our QA team will perform an organoleptic analysis on the product and report the results to you. These results will include the following items:  A 4-point visual analysis of the product following 4 hours at 155 F  A 4-point taste analysis of the product following 4 hours at 155 F  A photograph of the bars on a paper towel following 4 hours at 155 F  Please note: This is an informal in-house test only. Due to the requirements of this test, please allow 2 weeks from date of purchase to date of results.
