Dew Top and Dress The Dew Top/Dress is a simple cowl neck style with big impact! The pattern includes a dress view with a shaped hem, roomy pockets, and a comfortable fit. The top features a subtle high-low hem and a line silhouette. The pockets on the dress are sewn flat to the front for maximum carrying capacity without added bulk.
