Java Parahyangan

Coming from the  Bandung and Cianjur regencies of West Java, this coffee is a collaborative effort of the Village Forest Community Institution, the governmental agroforestry department and more than 450 participating farmers. Together they work to overcome the challenges of navigating rugged roads and unpredictable weather; ensure environmental protections and facilitate coffee cultivation enhancements. This includes coordination with a local wet mill in Parahyangan were a consistent processing protocol is in place.  This is a fully washed coffee. Cup Profile:  low acidity, coconut, chocolate, creamy - medium roast
