Can be used to make traditional potato lefse, but more commonly used for hardanger lefse. Prior to rolling each sheet of lefse, pack flour in all the grooves. A rolling pin cover can be used on this pin. Made from hard maple. 2 3/4″ x 17 1/4″. To clean, brush flour out of the grooves before washing with warm, soapy water. Ai dry completely.
