This charming, double-sided biscuit barrel made of early ceramic material with an all-over glossy finish features a beautifully decorative surface. In the background is a gazebo overlooking a display of roses on a blended tan surface. The E.P.N.S. silver-plate lid and bail handle will add the elegance and old-time English feel to your tea cart.
