For your consideration, we are offering for sale this New Old Stock Circa 1998 Sheaffer Balance II Cobalt Glow Fountain Pen fitted with an 18K Medium Nib. This fountain pen has never been inked and has always been contained in the original box. I consider this pen in New Old Stock, Never Inked, Mint Condition. The barrel and cap are gorgeous displaying a vivid pearlized blue color polished with a high shine. There are absolutely no nicks, chips, cracks, or repairs to this fountain pen. The cap of this fountain pen carries the "white dot", Sheaffer's lifetime guarantee symbol and the pen has been untouched in the box for the last 25+ years. The cap and barrel are excellent with the cap always securing tightly to the barrel. There are no monograms or personalizations to either the cap or barrel. This Sheaffer Balance II measures 5 3/4" inches in length capped and 6 1/2" inches posted. This Sheaffer features a 22K Gold Electroplated clip and double ring cap banding all highly polished sho
