Producer: Domaine Boissonnet Wine: 2020 Condrieu Varietal: 100% Viognier Vinification: After manual harvesting, pneumatic press, alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in thermo-regulated stainless steel vats (from 1 to 3 wines). Maturation on fine lees with regular stirring in 10% new french oak. Bottling after 9 to 10 months of aging. Tasting Notes: A deep yellow color with golden hues with aromas of white peaches and apricots. Stone fruits, marmalade and assorted floral nuances. Rich and full-bodied with overall freshness and great length. Food: Drink chilled but not cold, serve with pan fried scallops, foie gras, chicken with morel mushrooms, rich shellfish, lobster in cream sauce and mild Asian dishes. Cellaring: Drink now or hold
