The Moon Was on Fire is inspired by one of my favorite places, Bayview Idaho. The original painting which can be purchased as a print on paper or canvas, is a tribute to the Lake House, an iconic floating restaurant which was a thriving location for tourists and residents alike during the summer months. However, it is no longer in operation. The reference photo was taken during the summer fires in 2022 which turned the moon red. Bayview is a small town on Lake Pend Orielle, known for it's unique military history, floating homes and fishing.  Art Paper Print Details: Open edition Printed on archival art paper and shipped with foam core backing Shrink wrapped packaging Image size: 18" x 24"  Total size with white border: 23" x 29"  Your frame should be able to crop the print to fit the frame you would like to use.  Frame in photos is NOT INCLUDED
