A seasonal release in collaboration with Nopalito Farm in Valley Center, California. We source organic Meiwa kumquats from Nopalito's property then macerate them whole with organic lavender flowers and rose petals in our base of organic apple cider vinegar and cane sugar. The shrub is pink, floral, and ripping with fresh acidity and juicy spring flavors. For cocktails: Add ½ oz shrub to 2 oz spirit plus soda or citrus For shrub sodas: Mix ½ oz shrub per 6 oz bubbly water Ingredients: Organic Kumquats, Organic Cane Sugar, Organic Apple Cider Vinegar, Organic Lavender Flowers, Organic Rose Petals, Salt.
