Cool Hand Co. Strawberry Cascara Ginger Shrub

Made with a base of organic strawberries from Stehly Farms and Be Wise Ranch in San Diego, CA. We macerate the berries with fresh organic ginger root and dried cascara (“cascara” is the cherry-like fruit that contains the coffee bean) for up to one week. Bright strawberry notes are complemented by roasted tamarind notes from the cascara. Delicious with all spirits, we especially enjoy this shrub with rum, tequila, and whiskey. For Cocktails: Add ½ oz shrub to 2 oz spirit plus soda or citrus For Shrub Sodas: Mix ½ oz shrub per 6 oz bubbly water Ingredients: Organic Strawberries, Organic Cane Sugar, Organic Apple Cider Vinegar, Organic Ginger Root, Cascara (Coffee Cherry Tea), Salt.
