Founded in 1792, family-owned Bodegas Hidalgo has gained an impressive reputation for its Sherries. Only estate grown grapes are used, and the wines are traditionally crafted in Sanlucar de Barrameda, famous for its delicately dry Manzanilla. Aromas of raisins, molasses, figs, toffee, caramel, nuts, the palate is incredibly thick, dense, with an oily texture, massive concentration and unsurpassed sweetness and prolonged length.
