The basis for Ocean's 12 Gin is a neutral grain spirit of exceptional gentleness. The distillate rests in American oak casks, which were previously used for the solera system of sherry production. All botanicals are individually distilled to preserve the purest flavors and aromas. Cinnamon, rosemary, angelica are grown on their own property in Spain. Juniper, sweet orange, bitter orange, lemon, cardamom, angelica, cinnamon and rosemary intermingle on the nose and the palate.
