Top Navigation

Top navigation allows you to present all categories and folders on inner pages. This extension displays perfectly on desktop and mobile devices. It leaves enough space for the main content and makes navigating your Freshdesk support portal easier and more convenient. Suppose you add categories, folders, or change the portal structure in any other way. In that case, all the changes will automatically be made in the navigation. We add the top navigation to all inner pages by default. And you can additionally customize it so that different data is displayed on different pages. This Freshdesk extension caches results to prevent limiting API requests.
