Braised Beef Shank

The delectable braised beef shank has gained popularity as one of our top-selling items. This versatile product can be enjoyed straight after defrosting. Whether consumed cold or hot, it adds a delightful touch to our braised beef soup, delivering a comforting taste reminiscent of home. Coking instruction: Braised beef shank can be consumed once it is defrosted. This product is already cooked and fit for consumption.  After the meat has been defrosted it can be added to the Braised Beef Soup. Bring it to a boil.  Microwave: Pour defrosted soup into a microwaveable safe container, place lid with ventilation holes, and microwave for 3-5 minutes (1300W microwave oven).  Electric cooker: Pour frozen soup into the cooker and heat.  Water-heating: Once the frozen soup is thawed, place the entire heat safe bag into a boiling pot of water enough to cover the entire surface. Heat over medium heat for 3-5 minutes.  Frozen packs contain beef shank and soup only.
