Rare dated Roman Egypt Alexandria Marcus Aurelius billon tetradrachm issued while Caesar under Emperor Antoninus Pius. Minted in the 14th Alexandrian year of Emperor Antoninus Pius = 150/151 CE. Date is denoted by L I Delta on reverse. Obverse: Youthful draped bust of Marcus Aurelius with beard right . Reverse: Bust of Nilus (personification of Nile River) facing right. Apparently UNPUBLISHED reverse type for year 14. Certified by NGC to VF. Silvered surface.
