Choice Very Fine dated Roman Egypt Alexandria Emperor Marcus Aurelius tetradrachm coin. Dated to his 4th regnal year, denoted by Greek letter Delta = 163/164 CE. Obverse: Lauerate, draped bust of the emperor facing right, full legends. Reverse: Zeus bust facing right, flaked by date letters L Delta. Emmett 2088/4, approx 22mm, 15.18g (heavy flan). NGC Certified to Ch VF graffito (well blended and not distracting). Zeus bust reverse type only used two years.
