1814-B NGC AU 58 Brazil 960 Reis Overstruck Mexico 8 Reales 1811 Coin (23050701C)

Almost Uncirculated Brazil silver 960 Reis 1814 coin. Minted at the Bahia mint (mint mark B) & over-struck over a Ferdinand VII Mexico 1811 Spanish Colonial 8 reales coin. Rare example where the Mexico 8 reales undertype date and mint mark are partially visible. Date is visible approx. 6:00 obverse. Partial Mo mint mark is visible approx. 7:00 reverse, between TA of NATA. Certified by NGC to AU 58, appears to be conservatively graded. Lightly  toned with lustrous surfaces. Overtype is very well struck.
